Description

The two tubes/two SMD strips work under normal supply of AC power (with a wall switch, the light can control on/off when AC power on), at the same time, the spare battery is charging. When there are earthquakes, explosions, or other sudden disasters lead to AC power shut off, the product automatically switches to battery power supply to keep one tube light on. Emergency time can be 90minutes, 2 hours or customized.

Q2: What is the warranty for lamps?
A: For the lamps, we have 3 years warranty. If any quantity problems on your side occurred in the period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q3: What is color temperature?
A: Comled’s LED lighting offer lamp in warm, natural and cool white with color temperature measured in Kelvin(K).
Warm white = 2700k -3000k
Natural white= 4000k-4500k
Cool white= 5000k-6500k

Q4: What is your battery lifespan?
A: 300-500 times of charging & recharging cycles.

Q5: What is the CRI?
A: CRI is a figure with feedback the real color CRI with higher cost. For LED tubes, the CRI is mostly 80-82Ra. But there are some suppliers write a high data to attract clients, please note.

Q6: How dose your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality first, we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained SAA, C-Tick , CE, UL, ROHS authentication.

Q7: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A: For small order, express will be best, and for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent order, we suggest via air to airport.
